Q: How quickly can Doyma systems be delivered?

A: Typically systems arrive on site 3-5 days from order. Overnight delivery is also available at an extra cost

Q: There is a wide range of products – how do I select the best system for my application?

A: Interflow provides technical support over the phone and on-site, the answer is only a phone call away.

Q: The service diameter does not correspond with the required sleeve/core bore diameter according to your standard table

A: Doyma can provide non-standard size gaskets to seal small services in large ducts and vice versa

Q: We have a large number of services to duct through a limited space and the size of the wall plates of Doyma sleeves is too big

A: Doyma can provide manifolds with sleeves set out on a singular plate to suit any construction parameters. We will be pleased to send you photographs to show what is possible.

Q: Our contractual performance liability extends only a few years after contract completion. How does Doyma’s 25 year warranty help?

A: Leaking service penetrations are notoriously expensive to correct after the event. Doyma’s warranty provides up to E110,000 compensation for product replacement and consequential loss for damage to the fabric of the building in the event of product failure. That means that contractor is insured against the costs of remedial work and the building owner/occupier is protected for the foreseeable future – that is great peace of mind! Passing on such protection to the building owner/occupier also enhances the contractor’s reputation in the eyes of his client
